Premium packages

Premium packages are prepaid access periods for a Personal workspace or Project workspace. Packages do not automatically renew. The selected scope, duration and final price are shown before payment.

Payment confirmation

Premium access starts only after the payment is detected and verified on the selected network. A payment session may expire if the required payment is not received in time.

RexGate may delay activation while a transaction is waiting for network confirmations or manual review.

Your payment details

You are responsible for checking the network, token, treasury address, source address and exact amount before signing or sending a payment. Sending from the wrong network, using the wrong token or sending to the wrong address may make a payment unusable.

Blockchain payments may be irreversible and are not treated like card chargebacks.

Refunds and payment issues

Verified blockchain payments are generally non-refundable. Duplicate payments, payments sent after a session expires and RexGate technical errors may be reviewed manually, but a review does not guarantee a refund.

A failed, incomplete, unverified or incorrectly routed payment does not activate Premium.

Payment providers and networks

Wallet providers, RPC providers, token contracts and blockchain networks are external services. Network congestion, provider outages, rejected signatures, delayed confirmations and provider policy changes may affect payment timing or availability.
