• Account and profile information you provide or receive from a connected provider.
• Discord, Telegram and X connection identifiers and public profile details.
• Public wallet addresses, selected networks and wallet identity records.
• Sessions, device details, security events and abuse-prevention signals.
• Project, giveaway, participation, support and moderation records.
• Payment intent, transaction and blockchain verification information.

How we use information

RexGate uses information to authenticate users, maintain sessions, provide workspaces, display public Projects and giveaways, process entries, verify payment status, prevent abuse, provide support and improve platform reliability.

Public Project and Giveaway pages are separate from private profiles, connected identities, participant rows, wallet records and workspace data.

Wallet and provider boundaries

RexGate never requests or stores private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases. Wallet verification uses a one-time signature or public address information as applicable.

Connected providers and blockchain networks process information under their own terms and privacy policies. RexGate requests and uses only the information needed for the selected platform feature.

Sharing and security

RexGate does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with the connected provider, wallet, RPC or payment service required to complete a requested action, or when needed for security, support, fraud prevention or a legal request.

RexGate uses access controls and security measures designed to protect account and workspace information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and account deletion

RexGate keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service and protect platform integrity. When an account is deleted, access is disabled and active sessions are ended.

Records needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, support or legal obligations may remain stored for those purposes and are not used to restore normal account access.
