Using RexGate

RexGate is a platform for discovering Web3 Projects, NFT giveaways, whitelist campaigns and mint dates. By using RexGate, you agree to use the platform honestly, lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the service.

Users must meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction and remain responsible for the information and actions associated with their account.

Accounts and access

You may connect supported sign-in identities and public wallet addresses to one RexGate account. You are responsible for protecting access to the accounts and wallets you connect.

RexGate never asks for or stores private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases. A wallet connection or signature does not transfer custody of funds or assets to RexGate.

Projects and giveaways

Project owners are responsible for the accuracy of their Project information, campaign terms, schedules, supply, eligibility rules and whitelist delivery. RexGate provides the platform and draw tooling but is not the issuer, seller or minting party for a Project.

Winning a giveaway means that the selected wallet may be included in the Project owner’s whitelist process. It does not guarantee a mint, sale, token, allocation or other Project outcome.

User content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give RexGate a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, process and protect that content as needed to operate the service.

You must have the rights needed to submit logos, images, descriptions, links and other content. RexGate may remove or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms, the Rules & Guidelines or the rights of others.

Safety and platform decisions

RexGate may limit, suspend or remove accounts, Projects, giveaways or content when necessary for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, payment risk, rule enforcement or a legal request. Where practical, RexGate may provide an explanation and an opportunity to appeal.

RexGate may change, pause or discontinue features, limits, supported networks and provider integrations. Active processes may require transition handling when a material change affects them.

External services and blockchain risks

Discord, Telegram, X, wallet providers, RPC providers and blockchain networks are external services. Their availability, rules, account decisions, API changes and outages are outside RexGate’s control.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for checking the selected network, token, address and transaction details before signing or sending anything.

Service availability

RexGate is provided on an as-available basis. RexGate does not guarantee that every page, provider, network, campaign, draw, mint or external service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
