Project and campaign responsibility

Project owners must provide accurate campaign information, eligibility rules, schedules, supply details and community links. They must have the rights needed to use submitted logos, images and other content.

Project owners are responsible for whitelist delivery and for the promises made by their own Project. RexGate provides the platform and draw tooling but does not guarantee a mint, sale, allocation or Project outcome.

Participation rules

• Giveaway participation is free unless a campaign clearly states otherwise; purchasing an item is not required to enter a standard RexGate giveaway.
• Each user may participate only within the limits shown by the campaign.
• The receiving wallet selected for an entry may be used for the Project owner’s whitelist delivery.
• RexGate and the Project owner may cancel invalid, duplicate or manipulated entries.

Prohibited behavior

• Bots, scripts or automated participation.
• Duplicate or fake accounts used to manipulate a result.
• Phishing, scams, impersonation or misleading campaigns.
• Fake social engagement or fake community membership.
• Harassment, threats, spam, malware or unlawful content.
• Attempts to manipulate draw inputs, participation records or platform controls.

Draws and winners

RexGate may publish the information needed to verify a draw result while keeping private participant and wallet records protected. A provably fair result shows how committed inputs and the published algorithm produced the result; it does not replace a Project’s eligibility rules.

A winner receives eligibility for the stated whitelist process. A winner is not guaranteed a mint, sale, token or other benefit unless the Project owner separately provides it.

Enforcement and reports

RexGate may hide, pause, restrict or remove content, campaigns or accounts that violate these guidelines or create security, fraud or user-safety risks. Users can report a campaign or account through RexGate support.
